The factory leader of continuous improvement (CI) is responsible for using a variety of lean tools, processes, and concepts to improve facility throughput, velocity, efficiency, unit cost, and quality. This individual will direct, coordinate, and actively participate in the lean project ideation funnel, the evaluation, and ranking of projects, the project initiation and execution, and regular project tracking, updates, and visual posting.
