It is an immediate opening and will continue until the middle of February **Qualifications** Shift & Pay: -$11.75 an hour -Monday through Friday 7am-4pm Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: -Loading and unloading deliveries -Snow removal -Cleaning up -Being 1st responder to building complaints regarding lights that are out, temperature issues, modular furniture, strange odors, etc. -Preparing the way for emergency personnel to give them quick access to individuals when an ambulance is called -Must have the expertise to lift over 50 pounds., to work in hot/cold temperatures that are outdoors, and drive a fork truck.
