HR Advisor - (Milwaukee, WI)

The HR Advisor is a key role within Manpower to help transform the Manpower culture. The HR Advisor position provides generalist support for 1 of ManpowerGroup's top clients, a financial software company. In this role, you would join a high-energy and collaborative team that is dedicated to providing end-to-end HR support to our global workforce for all of their HR needs. Overall, the HR Consultant is a part of the HR team designed to support the division and support the talent strategy. This is a remote, contract position through July 2019 with the potential for an extension. You must have flexibility for hours worked across multiple time zones (PST, CST, or EST) based on scheduling needs. Position responsibilities Provide guidance and resolution of HR issues across the breadth of HR's services and offerings including, but not limited to: benefits, payroll, workplace accommodations, global mobility, compensation, talent development, etc.
