Head of Human Resources Operations - (Plattsburgh, NY)

Description You will be responsible of the human resources for all the manufacturing sites of the Americas region. You will report to the Vice President Human Resources of the region and functionally to the Vice President Operations. Acting as real Business partner, your primary responsibilities will be to manage the workforce needs and ensure good labour relations to guarantee the execution of our railroad projects. You will participate in the definition of the transformation plans of these various sites and will assure their execution. The manufacturing sites are La Pocatière and St-Bruno in Québec, Kingston and Thunder Bay in Ontario and Plattsburgh and Pittsburgh in the United States. You are managing a team of 8 (8) site-based operational HR business partners.
