Quality Control Technician - (Santa Rosa, CA)

Position may include work under general direction, from manufacturing process plans, and specifications to perform a wide variety of optical manufacturing processes for the manufacture of optical components. You will verify the accuracy of finished products with optical and mechanical metrology and support processes and product development through collaboration with various departments. - Optical CNC polishing - Inspect and prepare optical components for use in final product assembly. - Perform production work using up-to-date production procedures and drawings. - Support processes and product development through collaboration with Engineering Department Requirements - Processes may include: - Effectively communicate with both verbal and written microsoft word to teammates. - Grinding - Optical and mechanical metrology - Proficiently read and understand English to understand work instructions and company communications.
