Min Education: High-school diploma or equivalent Min Background: 1+ years of loan document processing background including lien perfection and regulatory disclosure qualifications. Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:* Functional background with mainframe/host system (IBS/FIS).* Proficiency using loan processing software.* Familiar with loan products, features and charges to assist banks with applicable product choices.* Proficiency using Microsoft office suite software products including Microsoft excel.* PC/Windows knowledge.
