A leading client located in Palatine, IL is seeking applicants to fill an immediate, Part time Direct Hire, Call Center Representative position. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for taking inbound and making outbound calls with customers in order to schedule appointments Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to customers in order to follow up and schedule appointments with the sales team - Financial protection organization that assists over 25,000 customers and help support over 2,500 insurance agencies in Illinois - Take incoming calls from customers to assist with any questions or inquiries about the company's services - Assist with any special projects that become available Working hours: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM Skills: - High-school certificate or GED required - Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Salary/Benefits: -$11 - $12 per hour + Commission opportunities -Direct Hire- 25-32 hours/week -Flexible Schedule Available -Generous benefits Available Education:
