IT Help Desk Representative - (Lincoln, NE)
This is an opportunity to join the IT HELP-DESK service desk team with a Global IT Innovator. Responsibilities: You will provide basic technical support to the client's desktops & laptops via the phone, email and remote tools.The Issues that you will be required to troubleshoot includes, password resets,printer set up,troubleshooting account specific client applications, and basic diagnosing of the desktop/laptop software problems. Those issues that you are unable to resolve will be escalated to other internal employees such as desktop support, network & server support, as well as messaging support groups Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Skills: All help desk personnel need excellent problem-solving, communication and people skills, along with patience, a customer-friendly attitude and the expertise to work in a team environment.
