- Inbound Call Center for misdirected calls. - Provide contact details for the claims adjuster/and or team that's handling the Auto/Home/Boat/Commercial Claim. - Use scripted response to assist insured, claimants, agents, providers & State Farm employees. - Identify customers concerns to transfer calls to the appropriate party. - Send detailed phone messages to the Adjuster if unavailable. - Provide "Remarkable" Customer Service Background - Must stay within scope of State Farm CSCT training and call flow.
