Purpose of JobWe are currently seeking talented Strategy Engagement Director - HR & Talent for our San Antonio, TX facility. Utilizes ability, industry background, especially in the area of HR and Talent transformation, analysis and innovation to provide insights that inform and develop strategy recommendations to internal clients. Develops fact bases, articulates hypotheses and underlying assertions. Leverages analytics, executes work plans, delivers final outcomes, recommendations, and action plans for the client. Effectively collaborates with LOB/Staff area project champions and key stakeholders to maximize execution likelihood and impact of the strategy.Position responsibilities Leads definition and decomposition of problem statement into key hypotheses, assertions and key work streams working backwards from where the leverage is thought to be. Assembles key participants and facilitates cross-functional teams in the strategy development.
