Required ID: 54997BR JOB DETAILS The Workers' Compensation Telephonic Case Manager works with employees, providers, employers, claims examiners, and vendors to coordinate medical care and facilitate timely return to work (RTW). This is a full time telephonic (work from home) role. Applicants who are qualified must have a valid Compact RN license for the state in which they reside. Qualification Qualifications and Preferences: - Registered Nurse (RN) with active state license in good standing in the state where job qualifications are performed is required. - Min of three years clinical practice background is required. - Strong issue solving skills to identify and resolve problems are required. - Effective communications, organizational, and people skills are required. - Previous Workers Compensation, case management, utilization review or managed care background is strongly preferred. - Additional national professional certification (CRC, CDMS, CRRN, COHN, or CCM) is preferred.
