Part Time Recreation Attendant - Senior Center - (Pearland, TX)

Job description : Work involves attending to the public use of the Senior Center on Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and must be available to work during certain City events. Under general supervision, routine work is performed independently. Required functions: Regular and timely attendance at work, as scheduled. Ensure proper use of the facility, including opening and closing duties, oversee facility and enforce rules and regulations regarding proper use. Complete reports and make periodic facility rounds checks. Notify supervisor of any issues concerning need for major repairs or additions to heating, lighting, and ventilation equipment, building maintenance and equipment. Provide assistance and info to citizens regarding recreation programs, activities, and events. Arrange equipment, supplies, chairs and tables in designated rooms or other areas for scheduled classes, parties, events and/or meetings.
