Professional Customer Service Rep - (Pompano Beach, FL)

Position summary DESCRIPTION: Distributor in South Florida for Salon Products is seeking a customer service rep. We utilize our service representatives to supplement the support of our staff. We are a client-centered organization looking for a dependable Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering a high volume of incoming calls and assisting/routing calls from Sales Representatives and Salons accordingly. The job mandates placing orders over the phone. As the 1st line of contact with our client, the Rep ensures customers receive a positive background in resolving questions and concerns. RESPONSIBILITES: - Answers multiple incoming lines - Demonstrate passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers DOCUMENTATION: - Receive and set up new accounts for new customers EDUCATION & BACKGROUND: - Places orders in a quick and professional manner for Salon and the client Sales Staff CUSTOMER SERVICE - Inbound Calls - Order Placement
