About Us: The Children’s Attention Home’s main objective has always been to provide a temporary care shelter in which a child can background a loving and secure family life until the child’s own home conditions are corrected or a permanent home can be found. As a provider of residential services to children who have been removed from their homes due to abuse, neglect, or abandonment, we must take the utmost care when reviewing applicants. Many of the policies that we have in place concerning hiring are taken directly from the state and federal standards under which we operate. Position overview and Purpose: The Bookkeeper is responsible for recording and reporting financial aspects of the Children’s Attention Home. The Bookkeeper ensures accurate representation of any and all financial transactions involved in the operation of the Home.
