This person needs to a highly motivated, self-starter who can work unaided with minimal supervision. Good customer service skills are a must because your co-workers are your customers. Good written, oral, and inter-personal communication expertise are a necessity. We are fast paced and you must be able to communicate effectively with everyone. Compentencies of the job:Reviewing General LEdger accounts and preparing and adjusting journal entriesMaintaining the GL chart of accountsPosting monthly, quarterly and yearly accrualsPerfome account analysis and reconciliation; including bank statements, month end close, preparing financial statements, preparing trial balanceFully process accounts payable and receivable and payroll journalsCommision calculationsRequirements:Bachelors Degree in Accounting2+ years of background - Month End, General Ledger
