Lead Living Support Professional - (Cowpens, SC)

The Lead LSP has general responsibility for the home and other staff person in the absence of Program Manager. This includes individual health and safety, training, Therap, assisting and shadowing Program Manager with scheduling, completion of monthly packet, management of budget, maintenance needs of the home, and other documentation needed. Provides leadership to ensure residential facility is maintained and operated in accordance with CLC expectations.Ensure wants, needs, and desires of the people supported are solicited and implemented as a part of person centered philosophy (Team). Essential Duties: Perform management responsibilities for the home regarding scheduling and coverage, maintenance of the home, completion of paperwork. Participate in the overall management of Residential Facility by providing assistance with crisis and behavioral intervention, medical support and other emergencies that may occur.
