YOUR ROLE Project Architect is a role that is responsible for managing architecture projects, mentoring colleagues, and assisting with business development for the Architecture discipline. This team player also contributes to research, programming, schematic design, design development, creating construction documents, and construction administration. PROJECT ARCHITECT Collaborate with client, colleagues, and consultants for successful initiation of projects though construction completion Consult with clients to plan and design various projects such as commercial, retail, industrial, education, civic, multi-family residential, office buildings, government facilities, etc. Manage project, client and construction contracts and budgets Oversee project construction and plan design compliance Develop client relationships in support of business development and securing new project opportunities WHY YOU'D LOVE THIS JOB
