Service Technician LOCS - (Brentwood, TN)

Lexus of Cool Springs, Brentwood, has the exciting opportunity to expand its team with the addition of a Service Consultant. The Service Consultant is responsible for promoting vehicle repair service sales and being the liaison between the guest and dealership on all vehicle repair activities. Position assignments Sell the proper repairs and/or services responsive to the customer's perceived needs. Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and paper; explaining provisions and exclusions. Schedule service appointments. Obtain customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible or from service greeter upon customer check in. Refer to service technician any problems or concerns for the technician to test drive if required. Prepare repair orders (ROs) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into service database system.
