Lexus of Nashville has the exciting opportunity to expand its team with the addition of a Full time Service Technician Technician assignments include diagnosing and repairing Lexus vehicles, maintaining high customer satisfaction and meeting productivity and efficiency numbers. Candidates must be team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high-level of customer satisfaction. Lexus and/or dealership experience of two years required. Lexus / Toyota and/or ASE Certified technician a plus. QUALIFICATIONS: Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts, inform team leader if vehicle is awaiting parts and pursue special order of parts if necessary Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair, if authorized by customer Save and tag parts if the job is under warranty or if requested by customer
