second shift Production Supervisor opening for a fresh-cut produce manufacturing facility located on California's central coast. Purpose of Position: To lead and supervise a team of production associates to meet production daily goals. Areas of responsibility includes but not limited to: employee safety, food safety, production efficiency, sanitation, material handling of raw product to the production lines. The perfect applicant is expected to understand and deliver production KPI's, work well in a diverse environment, motive a team and promote continuous improvement measure. Must be flexible with shift schedule.
