Member Service Rep / Loan Processor Full-time No Saturday Hours Best Reward Credit Union is recruiting a Member Service Rep/Loan Processor to work Monday-Friday in our Highland Heights Branch. Responsible for accurately and efficiently providing a variety of transactions including; opening and closing accounts, processing deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, accepting and processing loan applications, assisting members with account-related inquiries, cross selling products, answering phones, and assisting with other general office duties as needed. Qualifications: High-school certificate or GED. Proficiency in Microsoft office suite with the expertise to learn proprietary software as it relates to the position. Outstanding communication, issue solving, and management skills. The expertise to maintain confidentiality of all member account info and compliance with all policies and procedures is imperative. Customer service background wanted; loan and/or teller background is a plus.
