POSITION QUALIFICATIONS : Prior Accounting/bookkeeping background two year Min 2yrs of college Must speak English Friendly with exceptional communication expertise Organizational and time organizational skills, expertise to multi-task Proficiency Microsoft office suite (Ms excel, Ms word, Outlook, Quick book, Etc.) Authorized to work for any employer in the US amp; provide proof of authorization document(s) DUTIES : Accounting, including data entry and associated tasks required to perform AP / AR / Payroll Standard office duties Perform other routine duties as may be requested by management. Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant issues. PHYSICAL, MENTAL amp; ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS : Must be able to work in a fast pace environment. Must be able to handle more than 1 function at a time by being well organized and attentive to information. Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
