Mechanical Design Engineer - (Windsor, CT)

A Mechanical Design Engineer job in Windsor, CT, is now accepting applications. This is a direct, permanent position with our key manufacturing client. To be considered, you will have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, along with a min of five years relevant work background. In this role, you will coordinate customer specific applications and collaborate closely with Sales and Operations. This position will be responsible for ensuring customer needs are met and quotes / designs are completed in a timely manner. Mechanical Design Engineer Position duties: Develop detailed project quotations based on customer and engineering requirements. Resolve any questions through written and spoken communication with the customer. Produce drawings, BOMs, test specs etc. to support and accompany the project. Work from established standards as well as special design requirements as required.
