POSITION DETAILS Perform all mechanical maintenance throughout the job site, safely and effectively. Meet all company, state and local regulations/policies. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES Perform preventative, corrective and emergency mechanical maintenance on all equipment throughout the job site under the direction of the Operations Manager. Conduct predictive analysis of all systems and equipment. Locate, troubleshoot and repair mechanical malfunctions throughout the job site, which includes documenting problem and resolution as well as reporting all problems and resolutions of mechanical malfunctions to the Operations Manager. Ensure completion of work orders based on priority and schedule. Participate and complete training programs within the period allotted. Respond to call-in emergency repair work and perform on-call duty based on rotational schedule. Maintain work tools and ensure work tools are put in appropriate secure place after using. Clean and maintain work area.
