City Rochester State Minnesota Telecommute No Department Surgery Job details A Research Fellow position is available in the Department of Surgery at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. This opportunity will allow the postdoctoral fellow to participate in research and assist in successfully translating all stages of development for an up and coming surgical device. This background will expose the Research Fellow to many aspects of surgical research to include new technologies and the invention process from beginning to end. The perfect candidate will have a Ph.D. (or other doctoral degree with a prior Master's or Bachelor's) in Engineering or Biomedical Engineering. Applicants will be required to have excellent oral and written correspondence and be able to effectively work as a team player. A Research Fellow at Mayo Clinic is a temporary position intended to provide training and education in research. Individuals will train in the research program of a Mayo Clinic principal investigator.
