A Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving and recording all incoming parcels as well as sending reprocessed devices to customers based on orders received. Warehouse Associates will track and compare incoming orders scheduled for arrival, receive them as they arrive, and push work to the various departments based on product received while ensuring that all departments are both kept busy and informed about work coming to them. For outgoing orders, they will ensure that clients receive the items as requested and store all other devices until requested to be shipped.
