East West Connection is seeking an Event Coordinator to be in Blue Ash, Ohio. CVENT background a plus. 1 to 2 years' background in coordinating a plus. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage Government Official Proffer Process Back up Registration phone desk support Assist Event Specialists with preparing event materials for Prof-Ed Events Assist Event Specialist with sourcing hotels and obtaining group travel #'s, completing group air request forms, and submitting credit card authorization forms to vendors Assist Event Specialists with opening registration sites and setting up events.
