Position overview Pa Adult and Teen Challenge Women’s Center, Philadelphia, PA has part-time job openings for Clinical Aides. Pa Adult and Teen Challenge Women’s Center offers both a faith-based,adult, residential program and state licensed short-term clinical program for women struggling with chemical addiction. We are looking for Clinical Aides to work within our emerging short-term and existing long-term programs. This position necessitates weekend and evening hours The Clinical Aide will be responsible for: Supervision of daily client activities in a respectful and caring manner. This role includes aspects of mentoring and rapport-building with clients in the program. Networking with various client systems including families, court members, probation officers, and social service representatives as directed by the Clinical Supervisor. Transporting and supervising clients at various program activities. Assistance with client intake, discharge, and aftercare planning.
