Warranty Claims Analyst - (Brillion, WI)

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: by Ariens/Gravely dealers. Verify info submitted to insure compliance with warranty policies and procedures. Review failed parts to identify defects in materials or workmanship. Assist dealers with warranty process via phone email, CRM, or visits. Perform data analysis and reporting to drive continuous improvement. THE DAY TO DAY... Process warranty claims within the time frame established by management. Insure presence of defect by reviewing text, images, or failed parts Verify that parts and labor requests are appropriate for the repair Refuse/return claims when necessary Maintain Flat Rate Tables to insure proper labor compensation as well as vendor bill-back Receive and inspect failed parts to verify defect
