Sales Support Specialist - (Concord, CA)

Responsibilities: -Be the initial 1st contact with customers while providing quick and excellent customer service -Build and maintain excellent working relationships with Sales representatives, Agents and brokers, peers, and management -Provide support to field sales and respond to customer requests -Complete and process underwriting paperwork -Follow up with sales representative on any incomplete proposal work, and work with rep on possible ways to close sale Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Skills: -Attention to detail -Typing (40+ WPM) -Intermediate computer knowledge (Ms excel, MS SWord, PowerPoint, Access) -Outstanding written, verbal, and communication abilities -Work both independently and in a team Education: High-school Background: Experienced Requirements: -2+ years background in an office setting
