Painter- Aircraft with Security Clearance - (Fort Campbell, KY)

Campbell Job Summary URS/ AECOM is seeking an Aircraft Painter for a full time Position with the understanding that the schedule may include second shift duty assignment in the future in Ft Campbell, KY. IND-MR Job details: Applicant will be required to perform any or all measures to include preparation of the aircraft for painting processes and up to the final painting and inspection of aircraft and aircraft parts. DUTIES perform all preparatory work (obtains supplies and equipment, sets up ladders and scaffolds, certified work platforms and covers items with drop cloths and tape). Prepare surfaces by mechanical means, i.e. scraping, wire brushing, masking, media blasting, and sanding surfaces. Cleans, degreases, and removes oil or wax buildup so that coating materials will adhere properly. Mix, thin, blend, match, tint, and tone coating materials following specific oral and written directives and specifications.
