Aircraft Painter Helper with Security Clearance - (Lakehurst, NJ)

United States of America - New Jersey, Lakehurst Job overview Listed below are the critical responsibilities of the Aircraft Painter Helper. * Must prepare surfaces by sandblasting, sanding, applying chemical degreaser and etching solutions. * Must be able to apply metal conditioners and wash primers. * Must be able to perform masking and taping of components and aircraft. * Must keep painting equipment and work space clean after used. * Must be able to properly maintain painting equipment. * Must be able to perform all duties as assigned or requested. * Must recognize the authority of supervisor to assign and direct work herein. Min Requirements High-school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. 3 (3) years related experience working with U.S. Army combat and tactical equipment preferred. Relevant background gained in commercial painting is acceptable. Must have the expertise to read, interpret, and apply technical manual â?¢ instructions, publications, and safety rules.
