Salary: $80-90K+ generous benefits (health care/401k/profit sharing/tuition reimbursement) Relo: Yes (Local state only) Limited travel required Our client company is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support HCI new program launches, engineering changes, production build-outs, and other department activities and provide limited supervision. You must be willing to: ? Lead cross-functional teams in program launch activities ? Develop program launch plans which support Customer/Internal qualifications ? Monitor launch progress/keep launch team focused on primary tasks (Key Dates) ? Identify program risks/challenges, provide quick resolution of RED/YELLOW issues ? Work with other departments/managers to achieve program launch targets ? Support department QMS/COR goals/other agendas Qualifications (MUST HAVE) ? BA/BS (preferred) ? 3-five years automotive industry background (2-three years Program Management) ? Thorough knowledge of APQP (Design/DFMEA/PFMEA/Control Plans/PPAP/etc.)
