Job summary: XOR Security is currently seeking a talented Contingency Planner --to support an Agency-level SOC at DHS. The SOC program provides comprehensive Computer Network Defense and Response support through 24--7--365 monitoring and analysis of potential threat activity targeting the enterprise.-- Security Engineers will conduct Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of critical security infrastructure for a 24x7x365 SOC environment. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Security Operations Center (SOC) Support Services is a US Government program responsible to monitor, detect, analyze, mitigate, and respond to cyber threats and adversarial activity on the DHS Enterprise. The DHS SOC has principal role for monitoring and responding to security events and incidents detected at the Trusted Internet Connection (TIC) and Policy Enforcement Point (PEP) and is responsible for directing and coordinating detection and response activities performed by each Component SOC.
