Sr. Technical Project Manager - (Morgan Hill, CA)

The Senior Technical Project Manager (Sr. TPM) leads and manages entire technical teams (-4-10 engineers) for scientific and IVD instrumentation and associated consumable/cartridge development projects. These teams typically consist of engineers, scientists and specialists in a variety of disciplines such as systems engineering, mechanical engineering, fluidics/microfluidics, optics, electrical engineering, firmware and software development, industrial design and biochemistry/molecular biology. This position is a hands-on technical management role, providing direction, guidance and mentorship to teammates as well as contributing to and approving system architecture and designs.
