The Industrial Refrigeration / HVACTechnician four is responsible for providing an advanced level of ability in responding to work orders, troubleshooting, and providing preventive maintenance on industrial or commercial grade equipment in a professional office facility and food service environment. Responds to and provides service and feedback on hot and cold calls while utilizing Automated Building Controls. May coordinate with subcontractors or craft technicians in other facility maintenance trades as needed.
