Customer Service Representative - (Richland, WA)

PREFERRED FREEZER SERVICES currently has an excellent opportunity for Customer Service Representative at our Richland, WA facility. Position description: Process orders, research and resolve customer inquiries, and process necessary paperwork to complete the order process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Scheduling inbound and outbound appointments Process change orders Audit inbound and outbound shipments Monitor faxes and distribute to appropriate department/person immediately Scan outbound shipments to DocSurfer and file. Process orders in a timely fashion Prepare orders for keying, review and process orders Contact customer by phone immediately to change or confirm any conflicts or changes on order. Make corrections per customer instructions. Oral/Written correspondence Answer phone calls with a clear friendly greeting and always maintain positive demeanor. Provide product info to customer.
