The focus of this work is support to non-flying additional duty positions traditionally filled by rated aircrew members. Training Manager is primarily responsible for gathering necessary details to conduct analysis, devise required solutions and package the entire process in briefings, papers, or reports suitable for executive use and decision making. â?¢ Ensure data updates in Graduate Training Details Management System (GTIMS) or comparable weapon system specific Training Management System (TMS), and locally-developed computer database systems as required. â?¢ Responsible for training Squadron personnel in the use of GTIMS.
