They provide the skills that are not readily available in the military, but crucial to support military operations. The Army integrates the talents and skills of its military and civilian members to form a Total Army. **About the Position:** Position serves as an Administrative Officer, with responsibility for the planning, implementation, and direction of administrative and personnel support functions for the Command Group and Staff. Additionally, position provides guidance and subject matter ability on the operation of the organization to Command, Staff, and subordinate organizations; as well as guidance on administrative matters, correspondence, policy, and workflow processes. Incumbent recommends required modifications and improvements necessary to increase operational efficiency as required. NOTE: This is a TERM position and will not exceed 5 yrs.
