MBL Soldier Team Lead with Security Clearance - (Fort Benning, GA)

Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Soldier Team Lead manages a team of 2 project officers and 2 assistant project officers. The team plans, resources and executes prototype experiments on weapons and other military equipment. Duties include developing an experiment plan, briefing the customer on the plan, forecasting resources, developing a schedule, supervising the collection of data, and writing a report. Outcomes support the U.S. Army Maneuver Battle Lab analytical efforts. The Team Lead liaises directly with program managers, engineers, and other Department of Defense organizations during the planning, execution, and reporting phases of each experiment. Significant coordination points include forecasts for experiment resources and scheduling land, ranges and airspace. The Team Lead is responsible for writing formal reports for MBL leadership. When required, the Team Lead builds a project team of other experiment stakeholders.
