REQUIRED Education / Background / Skills Bachelor's Degree. Min of three years' background in related position. Background in 8-D Issue solving Strong computer and computer skills Must have an understanding of controls plans Fluent in Microsoft office suite PREFERRED Education / Background / Skills 1 to 3 years previous background in a manufacturing environment. Quality systems background. ASQ quality certification. Issue solving abilities (5Why's, Ishikawa etc.) APQP (Advance Product Quality Planning) knowledge GD&T knowledge Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for product and process quality. Ensures expected quality levels are attained in the assigned products through fulfillment of workmanship standards and quality-program qualifications. Identifies and reports quality problems or trends in the assigned area or product based on data from a variety of sources.
