echnical Systems Analyst needs 4-five years of related skills. two or more years technical background, preferably working with Time Division Multiplexing (TDM) type switch platforms or VOIP services Technical Systems Analyst requires; CISCO, Tasman, Adtran or Carrier Access Command Line Interface background in at least two of the following: 5e, DMS, or Sonus and either Cisco or Adtran Must have detailed understanding of CPE such as M13, channel bank, PBX, and routers Understands end-to-end data process on at least 1 order legacy, and diagnose issues related to configuration problems Rudimentary understanding of VOIP applications. Databases Remedy Hardware DACS Technical Systems Analyst duties; Tests and troubleshoots for moderately complex ds1s. Performs moderately complex functions related to data. Performs end to end translations for lines and trunks in at least 2 XO switch platforms, usually either 5E, DMS, Broadworks or Sonus
