Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be highly motivated towards understanding production processes. Must be flexible and able to multi-task as priorities change. Be flexible with working hours as needed to support project coverage and implementation activities. Will be involved in multiple project at the same time. Must be proficient in Ms office (Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, Power Point). Self-directed with good organizational and communication abilities. Analytical expertise to study current system, identify problems, perform gap analysis and create improvement plans. Able to influence management on proposed improvement initiatives. Duties/Responsibilities: Must possess time study skills for line balancing and bottleneck identification. Expertise to develop the appropriate Standardized Work Type based on the environment.
