Soft Trim Engineer Specific Responsibilities: Lead and manage the daily activities of assigned engineering projects Lead the design and development of new products within schedule and budget parameters Organize and lead cross-functional seat trim reviews Plan and develop experimental test programs and evaluate the results Issue drawings, specifications, BOMs (header cards) Change and release coordination Proactively identify and resolve engineering and manufacturing related issues Resolve technical and manufacturing issues without detailed direction Work be able to work unaided and as part of a team Assist customers in resolution of field issues.
