Process Engineer, R&D For more than 85 yrs, our client has been a visionary leader in whole food philosophy! They offer over 350 high quality supplements with whole food ingredients. The organization is vertically integrated - farm to fork - seed to supplement! We have been retained to find a talented R&D Process Engineer for their organization! The Process Engineer will be responsible for commercialization and scale up of all new products. Working with manufacturing teams, the individual will help in designing, developing, testing, operating, and validating manufacturing processes and equipment necessary to develop and launch ingredients and formulas for nutrition supplements. This position will review new technology and determine suitability with the business by evaluating human work factors, time efficiency, cost, and ultimate impact on product quality. This position can be based out of Palmyra, WI (company HQ and plant location) or Kannapolis, NC (R&D Innovation center). Required functions
