Will maintain consistent communication to the team and provide excellent service to client and its members. About the Claims Processor In this role you will work together with the Reimbursement Team to service client members. The Claims Processor is responsible for processing Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA) claims properly and in accordance with plan-specific policy provisions ensuring utmost accuracy and attention to detail. Ensure processing timelines are followed and work within the established best practices.
