Sherry Kidd remains the owner today and continues to manage and facilitate all office operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops a network of candidates and maintains an internal database of all candidates who are qualified. Determine applicant match to clients needs through prescreening activities, skills testing and evaluations, performing reference checks, behavioral interviewing and background checks. Develops creative recruiting strategies to attract applicants who are qualified to meet customer demands. Recruits candidates through on-line networking, social media, job boards, community involvement, referral programs and local community outreach programs.
