Join our team today Position Specific Description The Labor Relations HR Business Partner position provides support to the Director of Labor Relations and business partners in the areas of contract negotiation, contract administration, union avoidance and positive employee relations. The role optimizes working relationships between the various labor unions and the company. It develops and executes labor relations strategies to meet critical business objectives. The individual will actively participate in contract negotiations to deliver competitive agreements on time, within executive leadership guardrails, and with no contingency planning expense.Position requirements & Responsibilities
