Team Lead, Information Technology - Java - (Getzville, NY)

ProfessionalPosition Purpose: The Team Lead role within the Info Technology organization combines the highest level of technical competency with line level leadership in different teams. The role will require hands-on technical knowledge across multiple development and infrastructure environments. This role requires strengths in the areas of the following: critical software engineering processes and methodologies as well as the expertise to rapidly develop a high degree of competency in technical management. This role will assume technical leadership responsibilities in the support of projects, business as usual (BAU) and emergency maintenance (EM) tasks, while providing critical supervisory support to the corresponding teams. This position thrives in a highly collaborative environment requiring close working relationships with both IT and business teams. This position develops collaborative relationships with key business sponsors, IT resources for the efficient resolution of work requests.
