Quality Assurance Manager - (Elizabeth City, NC)

Position details The Quality Manger will develop, implement, manage and maintain effective Quality policies and procedures that meet the criteria for ISO compliance as well as Corporate and government ground and aviation qualifications. Principal Accountabilities (Typical duties include the following, although specific duties vary by assignment or contract.) Work collaboratively with Corporate Quality to develop, implement and sustain a quality-based program that meets or exceeds the company and customer qualifications. Serve as a quality liaison with Corporate Quality and ensure consistent practices and deliverables meet quality standards. Lead and guide improvement initiatives and make high-value improvements across the program. Prepare, maintain, enforce, and update the Quality Plan to drive performance using ISO standards across all aspects of the Program. Develop and implement program-specific process improvement initiatives.
